Currently, 4 residents of the program are being trained on the basis of CRM “Universe”. It should be noted that the residency programs are a very crucial stage in the preparation of highly qualified medical personnel. Accordingly, for these programs resident clinical conferences are very important, as they help residents to deepen theoretical knowledge, develop analytical thinking, presentation and discussion skills.
